I have never taken before and after photos. But for Combat I did. It will be interesting to see if I can see any changes I never have been able to before with any program I've done. I'm really interested in is program because I'm thinking this may finally give me the muscle definition I've never notice before. I have strength and lower body fat, but I want to. Look sculpted.
