You probably need more calories. Your macros are great. Just increase the volume. And, sometimes I just have hungry days. On those days I just eat more of what I can eat. I don't worry if I go over on calories a bit but I keep the macros the same.
  • Watch your fat content, remember unlike most diets fat calories are the fuel your body needs. Also some days you just need more fuel especially if you're doing a lot of activity. Drink water first to see if that solves the hunger and if not then eat keto food and just remember to eat when your hungry and stop when full and it's all good. I've got my days where I blow my calorie limit out of the water too.

Thanks Bill!!! I try to stay under my calorie goal but lately I eat back some of my exercise calories because I'm starving... it prob doesnt help that I eat dinner at 5-ish and am a night owl so by 11 I'm ready for food again... Thanks for the info :)

Fat keeps you sated. I'd eat something fatty after seeing if I was thirsty. Since ezsweets doesn't affect me negatively.. I like to fix a few ozs of cream cheese, ezsweets, and davinci sugar free syrup together. Creates a filling dessert.
