Looked at the carbs in Broccoli and got back that it has 4 net carbs/100g in two of the 4 pages below. 1.1g net carbs/100g in another one and 1g net carb per 1/2 cup (about 44g I found out for broccoli).
Which one is correct? I am getting very confused looking at this.

as for leeks
http://www.acaloriecounter.com/search/leek says over 12g net carbs/100g whilst Asda food label says 2.6g net carbs per 100g (I double checked with them and they said the label was correct)

I'm assuming you are in UK due to the Asda mention. An issue arises in that American labels (or entries on sites) include fibre in the carb figure (which you'd deduct to get net carbs). In the UK fibre is listed separately so there's no need to subtract from carb figure. The carbs listed are already net carbs.
Personally I use Tesco website for generic stuff (meats, veg etc) as they list the nutritional info plus I know its done with UK labelling.0 -
Even if I deduct the fiber from the US information it is completely different. But interestingly the UK sites seem to agree more closely with each other and the US sites agree more closely with each other. They must grow things differently over there, perhaps fertilize the ground with sugar only way I can think that leeks are so different.0
