Posture!

Been having back pain again lately for the first time in a blessedly long time. Couldn't figure out what was going on at first. Wasn't I thinner? Healthier? Taking my vitamins every day?
Then I realized: Since I've lost so much weight I have way more flexibility and room to slouch. I collapse in my office chair with an elbow on one knee. I watch TV with my knees up under my chin. I lay in bed at night reading on my side.
It's a little thing, one we don't think about often, but for those of us who suffer back problems, bad posture is a really big deal!
