December 23-29 Challenge- Two In One

HAPPY HOLIDAYS EVERYONE.....

With three kids, this week is going to be a bear to keep up with, so I am going to keep the challenges fairly simple, and combine them.. My personal goal is to actually finish this one-LOL. There will be no harder challenge this week, think of this as a break.:laugh:

1. 200 Sit Ups
2. 100 Push Ups (any style)
3. 100 Lunges
4. 200 Jumping Jacks
5. 120 Minutes of ANY type of cardio.....
6. Record your food log for at least 4 days this week!!!!

    All righty.... 55 minutes of cardio later:)

    Hooray!!! Now I am celebrating with a Grey Goose and soda-lol

    I am almost there... I have 100 minutes of cardio done!

    Now today I plan on doing another 30-60, along with the sit ups and the jumping jacks- wish me luck!

    sit ups- 75/200
    push ups- 80/100
    lunges- 120/100
    jumping jacks- 300/200
    cardio- 65/120
    food log- 5/7 (not great days but I logged it all)
    I have a lot of sit ups in my immediate future and an hour of cardio but I think I can do this today

    I realized that I forgot to do this challenge, so I did everything in one session after I finished 30DS level 2. So my abs and my arms are kind of hurting today.

    1. 250/200 Sit Ups
    2. 110/100 Push Ups (30 full pushups, 80 on the knees)
    3. 100/100 Lunges
    4. 250/200 Jumping Jacks
    5. 500/120 Minutes of ANY type of cardio
    6. 7/Record your food log for at least 4 days this week!!!!
