This weeks challenge 12/24 through 12/30

This week's challenge is to get in at least 300 exercise minutes!! For some of you, this will be a piece of cake! These minutes will not include food preparation or cleaning this week, even though you do burn calories from them, but the point of the challenge is to go hard on top of those. You can still log whatever you normally do but not for the challenge. Let me know if you are in. I think making a schedule will keep you on track! HAPPY HOLIDAYS!!

    I'm in! 50 minutes a day for 6 days will get me there but, I think I will mak it a full 60 a day so I do even more :)

    Since I am on holidays and able to get in long workouts I am going to increase my goal to 600 mins.

    are we doing monthly challenges and weekly ones? thought we already had a challenge in placm awaye- crunches. I am away from my usual gym workouts so longer walks will have to do.

    Tuesday: 30 min walking briskly, 30 min Zumba = 60 mins. = 120 mins so far/300
