What are some foods you pick up in order to stay paleo.

I always have grass fed ground beef and pasture raised eggs in my fridge for quick meals.
I buy whatever veggies are available at the local farmers market along with the grass fed steaks and pork roast that may be available.
I buy salmon weekly.
I keep avocados, sweet potatoes, and spaghetti squash around.
Garlic and onions are always in my pantry.
Canned tuna (in water) or salmon in case of an emergency where I haven't planned well and need an easy meal.
I usually get almond butter, dark chocolate, and nuts for a snack, but I try to keep those to a minimum.0 -

green/red peppers

carrots
sweet potatos

olive oil
eggs
olives
mixed nuts with raisens
pineapple

I have found that filling up on something like a soup or salad before my meal is helpful and keeps me satiated longer... My new fav is butternut squash soup, also I keep cooked meats around to snack on like turkey (from christmas) or cold chicken....0 -
