    I've already started, too! I had to get out of the holiday slump.
    My current weight is 187.
    My V-day goal weight is 180.
    My ultimate goal weight is 140.

    Ok...so I am a little behind but ready for this challenge..

    Here are my numbers.

    Age: 35
    Height: 5"
    Current weight: 207
    Goal by V-day:195
    Ultimate Goal: 160

    I will be watching my calories, I will walk 30 minutes every day during my lunch hour (minimum). I will eat 1300 calories or less. I will move as much as I can....of course wish me luck as I can't seem to survive without my rice or bread.:laugh:

    This is my first weigh-in

    Height: 5'3
    Current Weight: 149 lbs
    Goal by V-day: 136-139 lbs
    Ultimate Goal: 113 lbs

    Starting from todayI will get on the treadmill for 30-60 minutes for 5 days out of the week. I will cut all consumption of red meat, white rice (difficult) and white bread. A number one struggle for me is the size of my portions and the grams of fat in the food I eat so I am going to close attention to both with each meal. I am going to make sure that I get 2 daily servings of vegetables a day and that my daily snacks will ONLY consist of fruits or salads, excluding dressing. My #1 Rule will be NO JUNKFOOD INCLUDING FAST FOOD AND ALL YOU CAN EAT BUFFETS!

    SW 172.5 (it's a bit higher due to some water retention - hopefully that will go quickly)
    UGW 150ish depending on how I feel when I get there :)
