Has anyone tried the My Special K eating plan that is available online?

What were your thoughts?

    No but I love Special K fruit and nut - its my favourite breakfast though I have to weigh it out otherwise I would pour far too much in a bowl :happy:

    I did sign up, but didn't seem to really take much notice of it. I am on their site now and will give it a second go :)
