I joined the team Canada 4. -5 team, but it seems like it is a challenge of 2 teams of 8 people each.
Where is the other 375 people?

I was thinking it would be easier to communicate about how we are doing from MFP than Skinnyo. Skinnyo does is not really set up at all for all of us to communicate well together. So, I will be posting here more instead of skinnyo.

This quote covers so much more than health & fitness, it covers all areas of our life - how were interact with others, how we spend our money, how focused we are at work etc.

The results for week 4 are in. All teams total have lost 1402.2 pounds! With 286 active participants that in an average of 4.99 pounds per person lost! Nice going everyone and give yourselves a collectibe pat on the back!
