My goal is 10 pounds, a pound a week, which should certainly be do-able. Of course, if I were to lose more I wouldn't complain!0

shooting high for my last 30 lbs. That would put me at goal. I won't let myself get discouraged if it doesn't happen because it's going to be tough, but using the group to get my motivation back is reward enough. :bigsmile:0

I'll settle for 10, because it would put me firmly back in the 160s and I never plan to see the 170s again after floating around in it for the past YEAR. GW of 160 in the 10 weeks would be amazing, and very motivating!0

Well, after a meeting with my gyms personal trainer and findng out my body fats about 3% less currently then I had thought, my goal is 160-165 and 20% body fat.
I have a very large frame and curently about 135lbs of lean body mass so that's about as low as my weight should go.0
