So I have been doing MFP for 2 weeks and thought I might have figure out what my calories intake should be; however, eating at 1500 doesn't seem right anymore since I am exercising more than I planned. I used scooby calories calculator for this.

SW: 134lb
GW: ? lb (I actually just want to reduce body fat % by 5%)
Age: 32
Height: 160 cm
Activity level: moderate (jogging, weight training, etc)
BMR: 1482
TDEE: 2298
Daily: 1800 (15% calories reduction - lose fat)

I changed my c/p/f to 35/40/25, I think it was 55/25/20 before (I didn't know better). Since my goal is to reduce body fat, will this be okay? Thanks for the help.

If you just want to trade fat for LBM, hopefully muscle, then you should eat at maintenance and do lifting.

Or if there is some weight to go, take 10% deficit max.

40/30/30 usually allows hitting the recommended protein 1 g / lb LBM
