our non-exercise challenge is No eating past 8 p.m. (or within 4 hours of bedtime)

So far not eating after 8pm has been easy, the squats... I had to modify a little bit. I need my knees replaced, so i have also been doing knee lifts.0

I was doing fine until about 2 am when the baby wanted to be fed and I got myself a banana. As long as I am still BFing at night I'm not going to beat myself up about a healthy snack during a feeding session.0
