So I put my food into MFP, i have upped my calorie to what BMF was telling me I should be eating 1895 cal, when I sync my data it's telling me that my net is now 1195, I had over 1900 calorie today, should my net be over my BMR or should I just look at the calorie deficit I have on BMF.

Great question, and not sure I have an answer, but I will tell you that I had to play with BMF's goals in the beginning, and I wasn't logging here because the accounts couldn't be connected at that time. I wouldn't worry for now. I don't think you are actually netting that low--BMF records a lot of activity for me that's not exercise. I move a lot at work and sometimes get as many as 6 hours of activity according to BMF on days when I do a 45 minute workout and a couple of walks around the block. So while it would be a very low net here, I don't think that's actually my net, if that makes sense. What activity level do you have in MFP? Because I get so much recorded activity at work, I have MFP set at very active even tho many days I am not. And then I log my exercise, but BMF always adjusts up from there.

With more info, I can give better advice, but most of my advice is from personal experience with the device and the websites, not medical credentials.

I think I have my setting at moderate active, but I have change manually my calorie goal to match my BMF, I think I'll just keep watching the calorie deficit on BMF and not worry too much about my net on MFP. I have just upped my calorie so I don't want to play or change to many thing in the same time. will see how it goes
