Week 6 Done!

Just finished my W6D3 run and set a personal best 5k of 26:29. The past couple of runs I just started running and didn't stop until I reached 5k. When I started C25K I was thinking I would happy with a 5k time under 30 minutes at my first race on 1/19/13. Now I am shooting for 25 minutes! I'm going to keep challenging myself to run a little faster each time over the next 3 weeks.

That is awesome time! You'll be burining up the pavement by the time you finish W9D3!!
I was happy with coming in at just under 36 minutes for my second 5k a couple of weeks ago. I am personally working my way through training for a runDisney10 mile race in September 2013. I am starting 5k to 10k tomorrow. Speed isn't key for me yet. Once I get the endurance, I'll try to pick up my pace. My goal is to finish the 10 miles in under two hours.0
