Anyone have any daily goals?

I think I have decided that more personal time to keep my stress levels down is a good one. I'm going to make sure to spend at least 15 minutes a day for myself... such as posting and reviewing things online or just having a nice break from the chaos of the day. My second goal is to meet at least 10,000 steps a day which is a challenge but all the inspirational things I've seen in posts makes me feel like I have great support. anyone else?
