Intermediate to advanced moves with an emphasis on balance and co-ordination. cardio bursts now involve weights to ensure a heart-pounding, high energy calorie burn

*Elbow to knee
*Cobra pose reps
*Swimmers
*Surfer get-ups
*Crossed step over
*Squat with medium row
*Lat pull bridge
*Cross-over upright row
*Deadlift with hammer curl
*Butt kicks with weighted bicep curls
*Pendulum lunges with balance & reverse curl
*Pelvic thrust
*Weighted jump-rope
*Crescent pose with rear delt fly
*weighted warrior 3
*Rockstar jumps
*Static good mornings
*Side lunge into cross-over lunge
*Bicycle cable kick-outs
*Suicide runs

    This workout was challenging and left me sore when done! Going into warrior three, with weights, is the hardest workout move yet in this series for me!

    LOVE this workout, it's my favourite so far!

    I was lured into a false sense of security by Jillian, crescent pose flies with 3's WTH! JUST TOO EASY...

    until i had to LAUNCH into a STATIC warrior 3 pose...my 3's felt more like 10's lol!!

    Nice workout, not too challenging but you can still feel your muscles being worked!

    P.S. I think Jillian is either a perv or had sex on the brain on the day they filmed this workout :devil:

    Ha! I used my 5s on the fly and for a few seconds on the first warrior 3. lol Then I grabbed the 3s off the shelf (where they had been happily collecting dust until today) for the warrior 3. On the second side, I used the 5s for the flies again, then switched out to 3s for the warrior 3. The second time through, I just used my 3s for the whole thing. Made me mad. lol I think I kinda like this workout too, though it's challenging, at least today it was, for some reason. lol And I agree, she had sex on the brain. The things she had said didn't even strike me as being dirty until she made her comments. lol

    Did this workout yesterday for the first time. Phew...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh...groan! Awwwwwwwwwwwww in the shoulders. Found it hard to shake the salt onto the dinner when I was cooking later. It felt like a dead weight. Ha ha...not funny at all this workout! The warrior move is no joke: Be warned! I got a serious leg shake going on round two of that move. Feeling good today though and actually pleased to do cardio for once. Jillian says we will see big changes by the end of wo's 7 and 8. That thought is what is keeping me going.

    I'm actually really appreciating the fact that we only have to do each workout 4 times. lol By the time I can actually *remember* the workout most of the way through, we've moved on to a different one. lol I like this because it doesn't allow me time to hate anything too much! Hahaha
