I am hoping I like this workout more next time I do it. Maybe it was b/c the puppy woke me up at 11pm and 4:40 am. Maybe it is because I am SORE from DVD10. I feel like I gave it about 60% effort. Not as good as I wanted but the best I could do today.
Crab kicks were impossible as puppy (25 lbs) sits on me when I get on the floor and I was too tired to push him off. So I did crab hold with a few flailing leg moves.
I also think that starting with windmills is tough--this early in the am I need to be a bit warmer and loosened up before I can get my hands down to the ground--which I hate b/c it makes me feel old :<
All that being said--this is a tough workout with a lot of jumping. I really like the plank moguls and side burpees but not as fond of cannonballs or sqat jacks.0
