Day One, Thirty Day Shred

So I just started this, I'm really going to stick with it this time and give it a go. I tried perhaps three months ago, and did it for about 12 days but then... I guess I lost it somewhere in between life, work, kids, and just the motivation factor to stick with it. I would really like to start off 2013 with a good foot in front of me and loose the excuses, (hopefully lose some weight along the way!). Any serious successes with this program? I'm just doing the DVDs but apparently there's a whole diet plan as well? What has worked for you?

    I started a couple weeks ago, but I haven't done it everyday. The holidays made me lazy. I've done level 1 probably 5 times and I'm still sweating like a pig at the end. I think after a couple more times I'll move onto level 2.

    I'm starting the 30 day shred now.. have You reached any success with this dvd? I'm also going to be doing the 3-2-1 slim fast plan

    I saw this dvd @ target today and thought...what the heck ? I loved it and it's a great workout for the limited time I have between work, school, and 4 kids! I am so out of shape! I hope I get great results like some of the people I see on here!! One day at a time!

    Hi there :) I started the 30 DS two days ago and got day 1 and day 2 over with! Wow, it was tougher than I thought :) Anyone still doing this? I am so sore! And as the old saying goes, misery loves company!
