    Day 5- 7 check in :

    Strength - 20/50 = 70/50 squats

    Cardio - 100/100 = 186/100

    Water - I had 8 or more glasses of water each day.

    Strive for Five. - You guys know me, I love my fruits and veggies, so I push for 10.

    Twilight activity -- Rock climbing while hunting. Gee, I'm thirsty! :laugh:
