    I want to get out of the 150's into the 140's. I got up to 164 once and lost 14 pounds by watching my calories rather quickly. Most of it has slowly returned, and I am finding it harder to lose this time. I know I need to add exercize to my routine and need help with motivation to just do it each day. I felt a lot healthier before and want that again. Yeah, 140's would be great.:flowerforyou:

    I will like to have gain discipline and commit to a lifestyle change where it is normal for me and my family to eat completely healthy. I would also like to reduce my BMI levels and I would love if I can get back in the 150's, it will be a wonderful feeling.
