Hello all! Just joined and ready to go- starting Raw Food

Hi, this site seems really great and I'm hoping to find support and motivation. Hopefully I will be able to provide the same to you as well. I have been watching lots of nutritional videos and reading up on green smoothies. I bought a fabulous new blender to help me with those. This is day 3. Although I'm not entirely "smoothie" I do want to go about 90% Raw. Can anyone assist? I do want warm foods especially this time of year, so how would I go about doing that? I will say that the smoothies are very filling and my cravings aren't so bad yet. Stress and boredom kick in and it gets harder, but no cravings. YAY! I feel better and hope to continue. What are your experiences with all this? (The site included.)
