Ok, so Neghar Fonooni's Turkish Get Up was very helpful. Thanks for that. I want to try it but not with such a big weight aimed at my head. I am loving my kettlebell workouts!0

I've read of people balancing a shoe on their fist whilst learning the movement. You might give that a go. Get the movement pattern down correctly before adding any sort of weight--I think that's the best advice.0
