It important to write down everything you eat to maintain a healthy weight. Plus it will teach you to eat healthier.:smile:

  • Turbo Fire from Beachbody.com has an awesome food journal. If you like to write things down this journal is super indepth and it has motivational quotes on almost every page.
  • I so agree that keeping track of what you eat (and no cheating!) is key to losing weight! I think twice before I'll have that 2nd piece of candy, or whatever.

    That is soooo TRUE!!! When we are aware of what we eat, we do so much better.
