    Today is my Day 4 (with modifications). I did get on the scale this morning, even though Thursday is my weigh in day, and I have ALLEGEDLY lost 2 pounds already! Woot! Even if it is only water, it is the mental-jump-start that I like. Makes me think I can do it (because I can!!) and makes me want to continue, usually two of my biggest hurdles.

    Good Morning All! I have made Monday my weigh in day (even though I started on Wednesday). I fell off the wagon on Saturday night a bit but got right back on Sunday morning. Because of that, I am going to call today day 5 instead of 6. Down 2.8 pounds since I started. The weight is not coming off as quickly as I might have thought but I can't really complain about 3 pounds in 4ish days.

    SW: 173.6
    CW: 170.8
    GW (cycle 1): 167

    I also started Cycle 1-Day 1 today!! I'm excited that the first day is over!!! YAY! I've been hungry all day, but seemed to spread out my meals well enough that I never got too starving :) I'm really going to miss not being able to eat fruit after 2pm :( I love an apple after my evening workout...but I guess I'll just get through the first 17 days!

    Today is my day 4, down 5 pounds :) I too am feeling good, though this morning I cheated and had a diet coke. I know I need to cut them out completely, but just haven't been able to quite get there yet. If I can get down to one every 5 days though, that will be progress!

    And this morning that hot water with lemon really tasted good!

    I am starting the 17 Day Diet today! Excited about getting this weight off but nervous because I have tried several diets and never reached my goals. I just have to take it one day at a time.

    SW: 154.6
    Cycle 1 Goal: 144.6
    Ultimate Goal: 135.0

    Weight loss for first week 4.8 pounds. Chinese for husbands B-Dayso NOT on plan and caused me to be up a bit. Back at it though!

    1/9/2013 CW: 152.6

    That's a total of 5.6 lbs lost in my first week!

    01/09/13 213.6 <--- I went UP today :huh: . And of course it would be on weigh-in day. It might be yesterday's sodium intake. I had a packaged soup. IDK. I recorded the 213 since Wednesday's are my normal official weigh-in day.

    I'm going back to just weekly weigh-ins on Cycle 2... I'm gonna drive myself crazy! I've been getting on the scale every morning. i'm still happy with the overall loss so far. You ladies are doing really great too! There are gonna be some BIG losses for Cycle 1! I'm on Day 12... looking forward to moving on, I marked the days I would change cycles on my planner. I think I'll have to go through the whole diet at least twice. My book came in, and I have to go pick it up from Walmart. Hopefully, I haven't been to off on following the diet using just online info.

    SW: 164
    C1WG: 155
    CW: 158

    I started 1/9/12 (although I originally tried starting 1/7/12). Had a couple of days of setback, but officially got serious 1/11/12-and will end C1 1/25/12.
