This weeks challenge 12/31 through 1/06

I don't know about you guys but I hate squats!! So, this will be a challenge for me. This week's challenge is 100 squats every day, if you have weights, challenge yourself even more by adding weight with your squats. I plan to add my 15lb kettlebell. If you can't do all 100 in one session, I encourage you to break it up into 20 squats over the course of the day until you reach 100. Again only do what you are physically capable of doing. If you can't do this challenge, don't sweat it, we have ALL year..LOL! There will be more! This is including your normal workout routine. Join in!!

    I have a 7 1/2 pound kettlebell. So I will try squats with it starting tomorrow :wink:

    I have my own personal goal of squats for the month, but I am going to attempt this by adding the 100 to my daily goal already in place.

    Thanks for adding me! I guess I'll be playing catch up. I'm just now seeing this challenge and I've missed 2 days ... so I will split the 200 missed squats over the week in addition to the daily 100. 140/day for me.. But I like squats .. so I'll be ok (i hope) lol

    Completed this, was hard as I had to add the 100 to my personal challenge, but got it done!
