    My goal for 2013 is to lose weight. I'm currently at 195 as of this morning and would love to get down to 130-120. Also have a goal to watch/track my sugar intake and to learn to eat healthier also to kick my butt to start exercising!! That's where I have the most trouble. It's just so hard to make myself get active when I'm doing it by myself.

    My goal for 2013 is to come down from 198 to 144 so 1 pound a week sounds really good. My other goal is to run a 1/2 marathon i would love to run and just enjoy the process it would mean i finally have the strength and my body is where it should be if i could complete it.
