FIRST OFFICIAL WEIGH IN Dec 31 through Jan 6

Hey guys here it is.....the moment we have been waiting for! IT's WEIGH IN TIME..... Now I have not had the chance to weigh in yet, but I wanted to get this on here today just in case I forgot later today or Tueday.

This is our starting weight...... so If you have started earlier and already input your weight on another post then you do not have to put another weight in, unless you want your starting weight to be lower than I will update the spread sheet.

We will meet back here in one week to see how we all did. There is no small challenge until next week (Jan 7). I want people to get comfortable with getting back to the grindstone.......

I want to wish each of you all the best of luck on your weight loss journey. may it be a whole lot or a little, a loss is still a loss :smile:

    Hi! So my current stats are:

    Height: 5'5 (although that one is unlikely to change... haha)
    MFP starting weight: 142lbs
    Challenge starting weight: 128lbs
    Challenge goal weight: 124lbs
    UGW: 120ish lbs

  • Hi Everyone, I actually started working out, after a 3 wk break from doing my first round of insanity, last week. So id like to use that starting weight. I am not sure how much weight i can or should be able to lose...according to the BMI chart i think my ideal healthy weight is 48-62kg. which I have just finally got to, so at guess anything less than 62 will be good. More importantly for me is Body Fat. So thats what im more concerned about rather than weight.

    Current Body Fat: 20%
    BMI - 25%
    Goal Weight 56kg ( see above )
    Goal BF : 18%
    Goal BMI 22

    Ultimate Goal is around 10% body Fat and whatever weight that is as long as its in the healthy range im happy with.

    Food intake: 1950 - this may change as I haven't had time evaluate and readjust my figures with working out.

    Work out Plans: Round 2 of insanity. Currently Day on Day 10 of 63, 10k Steps a day, GSP Rushfit Workout for Strength,

    Daily Goal : Complete Insanity work out for the day , achieve my Fitbit goals of 10k steps and 20 floors,

    Want to wish you guys all the best in this challenge. Its great to see so many people willing to push and be better.

  • Hi, everyone! I'm Megin, a 20 year old student from the UK. Hoping to see the 160s during this challenge - they haven't been around since before I started secondary school at around 11 years old. I've dropped around 90 pounds so far through healthy eating and mild exercise (stepping it up now!) - but I'm a recent recruit to MFP, and I've just started taking the logging aspect more seriously in the past couple of weeks. At my lowest I did hit 172 - but I got very comfortable during my first term at uni and put on a bit more than expected. I *am* aiming for around 1,250 calories per day - so anyone on similar macros who wants some ideas is free to add me. Or anyone here - I want to support whoever :)

    Hello all. Jumping in on 1/3/13. I am looking to jump over the 190 hurdle in this challenge. I have been on a rather successful journey and have lost 39 lbs in the last 15 months. The pace has been a steady loss and steady healthy gains too. The weight has not come back on like it had in past years.
    I have learned to portion my meals better, learned to be more active daily, and have taken up running (as boring as I still find it) as my best fitness tool in the New England tennis off season.

    It's a new year and I am ready for a challenge to get myself back in gear. I'm already down about 60lbs. Hoping this Challenge will push me to get at least half way there if not more.

    Current weight: 178 lbs (as of 1/2/13)
    CGW: 165 lbs
    UGW: 155 lbs

    That puts me at a goal of 2-3lbs loss per week. We'll see if I can do it! Time to get moving. :) I should totally go out and buy a new dress as a goal for Valentine's day . . .
