Happy New Years! New Goals?

Hello Ladies!!! Just wanted to wish you all a Happy New Year! Yup its that time of year....a time for reflection.

How do you think you did this past year?
Any Improvements? If not what would you like to improve?

*As for me: I think I did moderately well. I stuck to my workoouts 80% of the time but my eating sucked! I have improved my muscle mass tremendously and started to transform my body from flabby to firm...its still a work in progress but I am Proud of where I am!

*My commitment this year is to eat more home cooked meals and try and cut out the soda. I want to start eating clean but I am not a veggie person...I want to LOVE what I eat so that will be my challenge.
I want to complete CLX and hopefully get into the 30-50 lb range! Right now im in the 15-25 Range.

Life Heavy or Go Home Right?!!!

Thank you all for the support this past year! Couldnt have done it without you! You all motivate me and keep me inspired!

    I had a great 2012 as far as fitness goes. I have reached my goal weight and have started building muscles.

    My main goal for 2012 is to maintain my weight, or even go up, if it means muscle weight. :wink: I want to look toned and, ultimately, have a 6-pack by summer time. :bigsmile:

    I am going to start a second round of CLX, this time using heavier weights. :drinker: When I am finished, then I may consider a hybrid of P90X and CLX. Once it starts warming up, I may go back to running some 5K and 10K races. They are another great way for me to release stress, and hey, cheaper than a therapist. :bigsmile:

    Keep up the good work, ladies, and let's keep each other motivated. :flowerforyou:

    I had a great 2012 as well. Started MFP in the middle of January just using the logging not the friends or forums. Logged consistently during the week but not on weekends. Got serious and started reading the forums & learning a ton. Also learned a lot about myself and made awesome friends on MFP! :flowerforyou:
    Went from mainly cardio to lifting and built some muscle there with the help of ChaLean. My husband began working out as well and completed ChaLean too!
    We've ordered P90X and are just waiting for it to arrive, looking forward to it!
    I have maybe 5-10lbs to lose to be at my ultimate goal weight, but I'm mainly concentrating on the body fat% and losing the last of my belly.
    I thank all my pals for keeping me inspired, motivated, and for supporting me!
    Here's to 2013 and our health!
