My name is Dawn and I did this challenge back in October and had pretty good results. I started at only doing 30 second ones and ended up being able to hold one for 2.5 minutes without stopping which was a huge accomplishment. You will shake, you will sweat and you will curse, BUT it will be worth it!

Progress:

January 1: straight arm: 1 minute; elbows: 1 minute
straght arm: 1 minute; elbows, 30 seconds; straight arm: 30 seconds

Daily Total: 4 minutes
Monthly Total: 4 minutes

    January 7 - I sucked and didn't do any

    January 8 - I did a new personal best on this day: Straight arm for 2:30!

    January 9 - I sucked again

    January 10 - Straight arm for 2:30

    January 11 - two straight arms @ 2:30 = 5 minutes
    January 12 - one elbow 1:30, one straight arm 2:30; one left side 30 seconds; one right side 30 seconds = 5 minutes
    January 13 - one elbow 2:00, one straight arm 2:30 = 4:30 total

    Didn't do today's yet, but wanted to get these logged.

    January 14 - 2:30, 1:30, 2:30 all straight arm: 6:30 total
    January 15 - 2:30 all I could fit in: 2:30 total
    January 15 - I did it a little differently - I did five one minute ones with 30 second rests inbetween: 5 minutes total
    January 16 - same as the 15th - 5 minutes total

    CHALLENGE TOTAL: 55:10 - just gonna even it out at 55 minutes. only 5 more and I will hit the goal!
