Logging fruit and veggies in my fitness pal

Do you guys log all your food in your diaries or just what you know counts as a ww point? Just curious I noticed that with the grease monkey add on that it counts fruits and veggies as points instead of free.

I dont have that program on my diary. I'm trying to get it on as we speak .It depends on what program your doing sounds like wwpp. If so then no dont count the fruit but if it does just check and make sure the foods that are counted is following the wwpp program and not old points. If it turns out to follow old points inbox cindy9178 .I'm trying to get her to join us.

I log everything. What I do for fruit and veggies is to log everything beyond the daily requirement. So, anything over 8 servings goes in as extra (now that I look back I was adding anything over 5). But down 60lb since Feb so must be working, right?

I am following WW Point Plus. I log my food on my WW app so I don’t count my fruits and veggies. On days that I have more than 5 servings of fruit I start subtracting them from my weekly (49) points. That way I feel accountable yet I still get the free fruit. It has been working for me so far!

I log it all, the points system tells you if the fruit or vege is free..it is all dependent on calories. Something that is 70 calories and lots of fiber may only be 1 point or 0 points. I always count them.
