Mushroom Cream Cheese Scramble Omelet

I love this as I came up with this recipe through trial and error looking for something to eat in the morning that I can take to work with me. Because I don't have time to eat breakfast before leaving the house, I scramble this up real quick, slide it in a bowl, and take it with me to work, warm it up a little bit in the microwave at work and enjoy!
Ingredients:
Great Value Liquid Eggs
Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Slice Mushrooms
Sea Salt
Pepper
Canola Cooking Spray
Directions:
Spray Canola Cooking Spray in the pan over medium heat. Add Slice Mushrooms and cook for a minute stirring it around. Add Great Value Liquid Eggs just to cover the bottom of the frying pan. Add Sea Salt and Pepper. Let the liquid eggs set and cook. Add cubes of Philadelphia Cream Cheese on top of your omelet. Take your spatula and fold over one side of the omelet. Slide the omelet onto your plate. Enjoy!!
