What's good everybody!!
Like most of you my goal has been to be healthy and stay in shape and live a better lifestyle and I started really focusing over the last 7 months. I want all of us to work hard and encourage each other!

I hear you! This is a journey for me that started in November 2011. I am currently at 51 lbs down...gained a few pounds back so I gotta get my focus back in line with my goals. Somewhere within us we all have the ability to change so lets do it!!!0
