I plan on getting more done today but at least I got my 2 minutes out of the way early. Keep it up, girl!

I'm going to use yesterday as my baseline. And by yesterday I mean December 31. Since I haven't gone to bed yet, I'm still counting today as January 1 even though, technically, it's January 2.
Today I did:

So maybe I didn't quite make the 60 minute goal - mostly because I wasn't logging consistently. I did a final progress test today and made it to 2 min 40 seconds with a straight arm plank. Much better than the one minute I managed to eek out at the beginning!0
