I think Molly originally shared this with the group in one of the other threads, but I feel the need to post it here because I think it was excellently written.

She's very honest and open about the struggle. I found myself relating to 90% of what she shared. The blog post made me consider things I normally don't think about, I found myself reflecting on the binge mindset and triggers (something I don't always stop and evaluate because it makes me uncomfortable).
The best way to recover from the disordered habits is to practice self awareness and dig deeper! This is why I love article 1 & 2. I'm sharing in hopes it will also resonate with someone else, or at least help you see that you're not alone.0
