Push ups!

I've found this guide on how to go from zero push ups to 100!

Before Insanity I couldn't do 1 push up, now maybe 10 or so... I would like to move on to the Asylum one day, so I think my upperbody strength should improve way more before I try that one.

How about you? Did you improve in your push ups?

    I can only do about 3 lol and then I collapse but now I have started to modify them and can do better

    I do one extra a day completely separateky from any other training I do.
    Started on a set of 20. Next day I did 21, 22 etc.
    I think you can always beat the previous day by one.
    I can knock off 100 without my arms falling off now, but it took a while as you can imagine.
