Hello,
My name is Don and I live in Erie Pa.
I work in IT and sitting at a desk all day for fourteen years has taken it's toll. I have made a few changes in the last couple of months. When i take breaks I walk around the block and I never take the elevator. Since I work on the third floor i thing the stairs will have the most impact.
