Tabata Training

Who does it? What do you do? How do you incorporate into your established routine of 3 days lifting and 2 days cardio?

    I like to do Kathy Prorohoff tabata training at least once a week.

    I do them, but only oce in a while.
    I like to do Burpees, Squatjumps, weighted squats, dumbbell thrusters, box jumps, all kid of Plyo moves.....

    I do them 2-3 times a week, at the end of my weight lifting. It's too intense to do on non-weight days b/c it would hinder recovery. But I do the original 4 minute Tabata- sometimes outside with sprints/ walking, sometimes on stationary bike or 4 different exercises (burgees, mountain climbers etc). I always feel like I've been hit by a truck at the end. Love it :).

    Come on who doesn't love a steady 4 minutes of those 4 exercises.. its only 1 minute each.. you can do anything for a minute.. blah!!!!

    And I would sub out dumbbell thrusters for tuck jumps
