Week of December 31st Challenge

Hi Everyone!

Welcome back to the beginning of another year! We've been off in different directions this holiday season! Special shout out to all the people who participated in the holiday challenge for even one week. It is an accomplishment to stay under or exercise during such a busy time. So give yourself a pat on the back if you participated.

Honorable Mention to AlaynaKerrr01 :flowerforyou: for all her hard work, dedication, and earning points like a beast! Congrats!

Let's get things moving -- we'll start a little slow...

First week's goal:

90 minutes of cardio
5 days in the green (staying under in calories)
8 cups of water daily

If you are new jump right in! We report our results on this strain every Sunday night to be included on the leader board for the following week.

    Melissa, you are an MFP goddess! Thanks for keeping these challenges going, I really need it! Even when I go off track, knowing I have a challenge to be accountable to will get me back on the bus.

    Newbies, I started on here this summer. I have lost about 40 pounds. I WAS at 40 down right before christmas anyway. :sad:

    I am here every day, logging my food, reading comments from friends, and I am fairly active in this room.

    I stay away from the threads for the most part---there is a lot of conflicting and negative information. I started slowly, just counting calories, and a little exercise. Now I am trying to eat healthier and do a lot more exercis.
