I took my pictures (which I will not be posting until the very end) and my weight and measurements. I figured if anyone else wanted to go along with me I will post my before stats here. I figure if anything for me it will hold me more accountable and maybe encourage me a bit more. Her goes:::::

I took some pics today! I don't know all my stats and I'm going to put my previous weight down. My sis took my scale when she moved out so I haven't weighed but here is what I know.
Height: 6'0"
Weight: 2400 -
I weighed myself but I keep forgetting to take my measurements in the morning...eerrr...will post tomm I promise...I really want to get all my stats after I finish each phase to see progression.0

I too took pics but will post them when I know how at the end of the program. Took my stats on the 4th, started the program on the 31st. I'm also training for a 30K the end of March, so I will be adding a lot of running.

Body Fat: Approx 35% (I don't have any way to figure that out until I get under 240 lbs. THEN my home scale will show it)

Yikes! That's a much higher percentage of body fat than I'd ever assumed. :sad: Wonder how accurate it is?0
