Day 1:

2 sets of 30 seconds frontal planks
2 sets of 15 seconds to each side.

Total was 2 minutes worth of planks.

    2 sets of 30 seconds front planks
    2 sets of 30 seconds to each side

    Total for day was 3 minutes.
    Overall total so far, 5 minutes.

    Day 4: Missed. Oops

    Day 5:

    1 set side planks:15 seconds each.

    Total: 3 minutes.
    Overal Total so far: 10 minutes. Made up the day I missed, but no longer ahead of the count

    Todays total: 4 minutes

    Overall Total so far: 14 minutes.
