Workout Routines

This forum is for everyone to post their workout routines. And for others to offer advice on that posted workout.

Please include Reps, time and circuits if possible

An example of this would be

Pm workout

-Bench Press - 25 Reps
-Triceps Extension - 20 reps
etc...

  • Here is a workout I do everyday. It's a workout you can split into a pm/am workout as well does not need to be done all at once.

    Warm up Workout

    Lunges - 50 each leg
    Jumping Jacks - 75 Straight (Penalty if stopped = 25 burpees "Can be modified to your body" before finishing jumping jacks)
    Push-ups - 50 "can be modified to your body"
    Situps - 75
    Squats - 100
    Crunches - 100
    Leg lifts - 20 ea side
    Leg extension - 20 each side
    Butt kick - 20 ea side
    Walking/running - 25mins

    I usually do reps of 10 than repeat till finished.
    I've seen wonderful process please contact a doctor before doing any intense workouts.
  • Here is another workout for you guys.

    Lower body circuit training

    Squat Thrusts (burpees) - 15/20 reps
    Lunges - 60/90seconds each side
    Jump Rope - 100 Jumps
    Truck Jumps (Squat down and jump up having your knees to your chest. Land softly) - 15/20 reps
    Star Jumps (Start standing straight, squat down than jump in the formation of a X) - 15/20 reps

    You can repeat if you feel it's to easy. Good to get rid of some of that thigh/leg fat
