Eating back calories from BR workouts

I am burning on average 250 cal per workout.
If I followed JM Diet of 1200 result i would only be netting under 1000 calories a day after the workout each day which seems too little food to be sustained long term.
I was thinking of using MFP instead where my goal without exercise is 1300 calories a day.
For those using MFP to log food rather than following JM diet plan are you eating back your workout calories? And if so are you still losing weight each week?

eat them back!!! lol trust me you will not regret it either. you need to fuel your body for the intense workouts and you simply cant do that by eating under what your body needs to survive (your BMR which is probably higher than 1200 unless you're a legit midget)0
