First day in the books!!!

Hi everyone! I've been frustrated with my weight loss progress thus far (3 pounds in 1.5 months) that I went to the gym this morning and started C25K. So the first day is in the books! Was easier than I thought it was going to be but still hard enough that I was breathing pretty heavy by the end.

If anyone is starting, is newer to C25K and is looking for some support feel free to add me. :)
