Just a reminder that we are tracking our FIBER counts- what are you at for the day?
Be sure to adjust your diary settings (my home, settings, diary settings) and add FIBER to fat carbs and protein to the nutrients you are tracking!

Just found our board. My fiber count for today is at 21. I shouldn't have a problem hitting 30-35 after my supper. Not hungry yet either so I should have time to make dinner without snacking.0

Detoxing is going fine. Had to find calories to eat last night. Ended up eating a Yoplait greek yogurt and some cashews. Haven't kicked the diet coke but have cut way back.
I guess the healthy eating is rubbing off on Rebecca. She decided she didn't want hot lunch so she packed her lunch this morning. She found a lunchable in the refrig and then packed some brocolli, blueberries and blackberries along with it.0 -
Jim has been eating the dinners that I make.
Bradyn eats anything.... Addi eats most of it!0
