Jan 10 = 15 minute jog
Jan 11 = 100 lunges
Jan 12 = 15 minute jog
Jan 13 = 100 toe touches
Jan 14 = 15 minute jog
Jan 15 = 100 toe raises
Jan 16 = 15 minute jog
Jan 17 = 100 windmills
Jan 18 = 15 minute jog
Jan 19 = 100 situps
Jan 20 = 15 minute jog
Jan 21 = 100 pushups

    Interesting list, I'm not sure what a few of them are :) Maybe by spring I will be able to attempt the jogging but not yet.
    Great idea though, hope you are still doing it when I am ready to take that step.

    Since Jan 1 I have not been consistent so I must try something that will help me to remember to do these dailies...so I printed the list out and put it on my frig...lol...maybe now I will succeed in these challenges! Wish me luck!

    yea i dont run either i jut get my body moving- I usually do just dance 4 for the wii

    So how have we been doing- Still doing them-

    I havent been running but def getting in some cardio

    todays lunges Ugg not looking forward to them but will get them busted out

    what about you ??

    I know I'm a little late on getting around to this but a fast walk/attempted jog to some of the floors sounds doable at 2am,lol. It's gonna be a slow night tonight.
