Hi,
I am doing the PointsPlus plan. I am not tracking my food here at MFP, I do that at the WW site but I do read the message boards here and I post here and use this site to keep an eye on my macros like sodium.
My official starting weight (and weight for this week) is 221 lbs. This week I get 32 points a day and 49 weekly points.
Since today is weigh-in day it is also the day where I use up a majority of my weekly ponts so my total points used today was 50, leaving me with 32 leftover weekly points.

Due to food issues my weigh-in day is now today (may move it back to Friday eventually) and my starting weight is 223 lbs (that's 2 pounds added since Wednesday! I KNOW I didn't eat 2 pounds worth of food since then but whatever).
Total:
Daily points: 32
Weekly points: 49
Points used today: 47
weekly points left over: 34
