    3) 89.9kg was my highest known weight, and I started losing in June 2010 (accidentally!)
    4) 60.8kg or 134lb
    5) 130lb although possibly as low as 125lb (==
    6) I love group fitness classes at my gym and I've just started to take up yoga. I'm also a Jillian Michaels fanatic.
    7) I'm a dancer, my preferred styles are Brazillian - Zouk Lambada and Samba de Gafieria, but I do a lot of othersothers too.

    Today, 25 January I weighed 197.4 lbs
    Lots of walking and sensible eating resulted in my loss.

    Today, January 25th, I weighed 157.4. I could have done better but today is a start of a new week and thanks to this challenge, I am working on it and plan to make sure that I make it happen. I have been exercising, thank goodness and that's what helps.
