6) I love group fitness classes at my gym and I've just started to take up yoga. I'm also a Jillian Michaels fanatic.

Today, 25 January I weighed 197.4 lbs
Lots of walking and sensible eating resulted in my loss.0 -
Today, January 25th, I weighed 157.4. I could have done better but today is a start of a new week and thanks to this challenge, I am working on it and plan to make sure that I make it happen. I have been exercising, thank goodness and that's what helps.0
