Difficulty reaching calorie goals

Hey everyone~

So I've finished up day 2 of Cycle 1 & I've realized that both yesterday and today I've failed to meet my calorie of goals of at least 1300. I find eating so much protein makes me full so I'm never hungry, and I've been eating lots of veggies, but they're low in calories..

Any suggestions on how to reach 1300 calories? I've been averaging around 1150 & that's only when I force myself to drink a protein shake..

    I've been eating right at 1200. I'm fine with that bc I rat tons of food. You can eat parmesan cheese, olive oil and little things to boost your Cal's. Did you see the link with the recipes I posted. It's on the stickied thread as well as other posts. Check that out. Maybe that will help you :)
