Nearly Time for the Challenge to Commence

Hi All

So we have probably all had our indulgences over the festive period I know I definitely have, and I enjoyed it (apart from the 5 day sickness bug I have just got rid of) !!

It is now time to get back on track.

So in 3 days time we shall be taking our very first measures, as explained I will add a new topic with my measures and all members of the group who wish to join in you reply with your measures (and if you guys don't mind I am going to keep track of us all with a spreadsheet so we can look back on it and see the difference in 6 months time :-) ).

So I hope you are all prepared...

Please note I am more than happy for you guys to do any of the JM workout DVD's, a member has asked whether she can mix them up a bit because she has a selection of Jillian's DVD's - this is fine!!

My main aim is that we ALL workout 5 x a week to Jillian and we MUST have 2 days rest a week, this gives our body chance to build and recover and we are more likely to see results that way.

Also I mentioned I do not weigh myself (I do not have scales in my house) however, I think I am going to pop to Boots once a month and get myself weighed for this project - but my main focus is on the measures (inches lost).

SO I HOPE YOU ARE ALL RARING TO GO!! :-)

I shall post on 06/01/13 my measures and look forward to receiving yours.
